CHICAGOLAND CYCLONES ARE

FALLBALL CHAMPIONS

The Chicagoland Cyclones under 14 baseball teams recently won the Chicagoland Sunday League Fallball Season Championship.  The Cyclones beat the Westside Blue team 4 to 0 in the Championship game.  The leading Cyclones hitters were Nick Campanile with a homerun, Justin Stanislaw got a double and a single and Abdiel Armenta had a two RBI single. Holding the Blues to no runs were pitchers Isaiah Hernandez, Abdiel Armenta and Danny Marquez.

            The Cyclones beat the Crete Cyclones in the Semi-final game 12-1 the previous Sunday behind the hitting of Jonathan Campanile with 2 homeruns and homeruns by Marvin Ortega and Nick Campanile. The Westside Blue beat previously undefeated and number one seed the Cicero Knights 8-2 in their Semi-final portion of the bracket.

            The Chicagoland Cyclones completed undefeated Chicagoland Sunday League Regular and Fallball Seasons.  The Cyclones players are Freddy Sanchez, Isaiah Hernandez, Justin Stanislaw, Abdiel Armenta, Danny Marquez, Jonathan Campanile, Roberto Davila, Nick Campanile, Victor Armendariz, Brandon Contreras, Michael Jakubowski, Carlos Carranza and Marvin Ortega. The Cyclones coaches are Rich Jakubowski, Jonathan Stanislaw, Manuel Armenta, Fidencio Carranza. Linda Jakubowski is the scheduler/scorekeeper and the team is managed by Victor Armendariz.
